The University Grant Commission (UGC) has launched a scheme on skill development based higher education as a part of college/university education, leading to Bachelor of Vocation (B.Voc) Degree with multiple exits such as Diploma / Advance Diploma under NSQF.

The B.Voc programme is focused on universities and colleges providing undergraduate studies which would also incorporate specific job roles and their NOS’s along with broad based general education. This enables graduates to gain employment, become entrepreneurs, and contribute to India’s economy.

Level of Award:
1 Year Diploma – Level 5
2 Year Advance Diploma – Level 6
3 Year B.Voc Degree – Level 7
